Shipping & Delivery
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorize your card, but your
card will not be charged immediately. We will then contact our supplier to
confirm that the product you have ordered is available for immediate shipment.
Once availability is confirmed, we will process the payment, and your order
will be dispatched straight away. Your order will then be delivered
within 7 days for UK - Mainland, 14 days for Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland.
If there is any delay, such as an item being on backorder, we will void the
pre-authorization and contact you to inform you of the situation.

UK Mainland- FREE
Northern Ireland, Wales, Scotland- Flat fee £100
What happens if delivery is unsuccessful?
If a delivery is failed due to an unexpected problem with the courier (such as traffic delays or van breakdown) the
courier will reorganise a new delivery timeslot and bare responsibility for any costs incurred.
In cases where delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as not being available to receive the goods at the scheduled time, customer-induced damage to items, or order cancellation), any costs associated with delivery or return will be the responsibility of the customer.
Here's what you can expect in terms of communication:
Dispatch Notification: As soon as your products are collected, the courier company will send you an email. This email will confirm that your items are on their way to you.
Delivery Scheduling: Expect a call from the courier to arrange a convenient delivery slot. This ensures that your order reaches you at a time that suits you best.
Real-Time GPS Tracking (Coming March 2023): To enhance your delivery experience, we are excited to introduce real-time GPS satellite tracking for your en route delivery vehicle. This feature will enable you to track your order's journey to your doorstep with precision and ease.
Returns & Refunds
Damaged or incorrect items
We check most items before shipping. This means damages and incorrect items are a rarity, however, if this is the case we ask you contact us immediately at returns@dendodesign.co.uk. This must be done as soon as possible and in any case within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Please send the following information to the email above: Your Full Name, Email, Order Number, Quantity, Fault Description, Images.
If there is a manufacturing issue with the product, we’ll organise a replacement item to be delivered whilst returning the faulty item and will bare responsibility for the delivery cost.
If customer decides against an exchange for the same item we reserve the right to credit the goods amount minus the delivery fee.
If you have simply changed your mind:
You can return the product to us within 14 days after you receive the product. If you wish to do so, please let us know by emailing: returns@dendodesign.co.uk quoting your order number, full name, reason for return.
Returns due to change of mind incur a 10% handling fee + delivery costs.
We will only accept return of goods under the following criteria:
1. Packaging: Goods being returned must be in their original packaging. Therefore, it is advised to take care when opening the boxes/cartons to keep all the packaging intact. We cannot accept returns that do not have their original packaging.
