Returns & Refund Policy
Damaged or incorrect items
We check most items before shipping. This means damages and incorrect items are a rarity, however, if this is the case we ask you contact us immediately at email@example.com. This must be done as soon as possible and in any case within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Please send the following information to the email above: Your Full Name, Email, Order Number, Quantity, Fault Description, Images or Videos.
If there is a manufacturing issue with the product, we’ll organise a replacement item to be delivered whilst returning the faulty item and will bare responsibility for the delivery cost.
If customer decides against an exchange for the same item we reserve the right to credit the goods amount minus the delivery fee.
If you have simply changed your mind
You can return the product to us within 14 days after you receive the product. If you wish to do so, please let us know by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, full name, reason for return.
- Customers are responsible for covering delivery costs for returns made due to a change of mind.
To be entitled to a full refund, the product must be in "as new" condition and be returned in its original undamaged packaging, including the outer packaging.
Do not write any information on the box itself or secure the box with electrical tape.
We will not be responsible for any damages caused to the item, or loss of the item while in transport back to us, so we do recommend that you insure your package.
Return the item to us within 14 days.
How long will it take to receive the refund?
It should take no more than 10 to 14 working days after we receive and check the product.
